- At the spa, we offer drop-in visits if space is available. We recommend booking an appointment, but most days except for Saturdays, there are usually some drop-in times left. Please call or email us to be sure of getting a spot.
- In the restaurant, we also have drop-in, but especially on weekends, you might need to wait a little while. We recommend booking a table to ensure a spot.
- In our Skybar and outdoor terraces, we only have drop-in, and you can also wait for your table in the restaurant there.

We can accommodate up to 360 guests depending on the needs. Our largest conference room holds about 70 people.
In addition to KUST Hotel & Spa as a destination, there is a whole range of other activities and operators in the city.
Sundays-Thursdays it is usually cheapest to stay at the hotel, but if you book an accommodation package, it is always cheaper than booking accommodation and, for example, spa separately.
Yes, a breakfast buffet is always included when you stay with us.
