Before your spa visit

• KUST’s spa ritual 120 minutes
• Luxury organic skincare products (face mask, face cream, hand wrap, hair wrap, and exfoliating glove)
• Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, facial cleanser, body lotion, and foot salt
• Loan of towel, bathrobe, and slippers

You will receive clear information upon arrival about the procedure and how to use each product.

Our spa ritual is not included if you have booked a treatment. For guests who have booked treatments longer than 50 minutes, there is an option to access the spa for 395kr (excl. spa ritual/skincare products).

Our spa is cash-free, card payments only.

Swimwear

You wear swimwear inside the spa. If you happen to forget, there are items available for purchase at the spa reception.

To cancel

Any cancellation or change to your booking must be made by phone or email; 0911-30 000 or spa@hotellkust.se
Cancellation by email is only valid once you have received a confirmation from us. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your treatment time. Uncancelled treatments will be charged at full price.

Age limit

We have a 15-year age limit. During our family times (see opening hours) children aged 5-14 years may participate in our spa ritual 120 min together with an adult. See special times for summer and holidays under opening hours & booking.

Drink water

Remember to drink plenty of water during your visit to the spa.

Food & drink

In our spa lounge, you can purchase snacks and drinks, as well as various canapés on Friday and Saturday.

Mobile phones

Calm movements and subdued conversations create a relaxing atmosphere in our spa. Therefore, we ask you not to talk on the phone inside the spa. If you want your phone on, please set it to silent mode.

Treatments

Currently, we are only performing spray tanning on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Read more here.

Before a booked treatment

• Arrive in good time for your treatment so you can unwind and possibly change in peace
• Loan of bathrobe, towel, and slippers is included when you have booked a treatment
• If you have chosen to also access the spa from 395kr (excl. spa ritual/skincare products) – don’t forget to pack swimwear
• The therapist will meet you in the lounge shortly before your scheduled treatment
• You can choose to wear underwear or swimwear under the bathrobe

After treatment

• Let your body rest for as long as the treatment lasted
• Listen to your body and give it a chance to recover
• Feel free to drink water after treatment
