SWENSBYLIJDA – heritage area suitable for the whole family. Meet animals, look inside the buildings, buy snacks at the café, or bring your own picnic.
NORRMALM – a culturally significant residential area in the city center with an art park, marina, and the Pensionat’s restaurant, shop, and bakery.
JÄVRE – a cozy village where you can go up the lighthouse, enjoy the sea and nature, visit the tourist center or have a meal at Beas Rökeri and Harbor Café or the cultural café Kvarnen.
STORFORSEN – 90 kilometers inland you’ll find Europe’s largest unregulated rapids. A nature reserve offering a magnificent experience from the front row. Here you can also swim in any of the side streams, eat and have snacks at Kaffestugan or in the restaurant.
ÖJEBY KYRKSTAD – Öjeby church, church town, and café – Piteå’s old town! Here you can experience much of Piteå’s history in a unique and well-preserved environment. The church is open all year, and there is an opportunity to take a guided tour.
