Different types of meetings, industries, and people have varying needs and preferences. Our conference rooms are tailored to the region’s businesses and therefore have become very different. However, they all have one thing in common – a unique atmosphere and high flexibility.
But a good conference is not just about being able to work in an inspiring environment but also about having access to new technology and creative, analog tools that make the work more enjoyable and easier. And of course, selected coffee to your individual taste, no matter what time it is.

At KUST, we think far beyond just conference snacks. We believe in pleasant breaks where you can discover how the journey from mountain to KUST tastes instead. Bread with charcuterie delicacies or delights from the sea. Fresh smoothies and irresistible soft pastries if you desire something sweet. Naturally, you have access to coffee, tea, and water throughout the day. Our lunches are carefully served on a plate, or why not conclude with a delicious dinner? You can, of course, customize what we serve you during the meeting with consideration of time, activity, and plans before and after the meeting.
You can be anywhere from 2 to 360 people. We have rooms and venues that accommodate smaller parties to large groups depending on needs. Read more about our conference opportunities here.
Our conference rooms are equipped with a projector, HDMI cable, USB adapters, and speakers. Lavalier microphones, handheld microphones, hearing loop, and a complete mixing console are also available in the building.
From Luleå Airport it takes about 40 min, from Skellefteå Airport about 1h 15 min and from Älvsbyn’s bus/train station it takes about 45 min.
All conference refreshments are prepared from scratch. It can be bread with charcuterie delicacies or delights from the sea. Fresh smoothies and irresistible soft pastries if you wish for something sweet. You of course have access to coffee, tea, and sparkling water throughout the day.
In the house, we have our popular spa, wine tastings, and delicious dinners. In collaboration with BarBar, which is located next to KUST, we can also offer gin tastings and cocktail workshops. In addition, we collaborate with several other providers and tailor according to your wishes. Maybe pottery, darts, or shuffleboard could be something? Or why not a classic music quiz?
