Finally, bubbly tasting again. Oscar is preparing for a tasting focused on the role model of bubbles – champagne!

Is there a difference between champagne and champagne? What distinguishes it from other sparkling wines? Does it work with food? Should it only be drunk on New Year’s Eve? We will taste our way through all this and more.
