Finally, bubble tasting again. Oscar is gearing up for a tasting focused on the model of bubbles – champagne!

Is there a difference between champagne and champagne? What distinguishes it from other sparkling wines? Does it work with food? Should you only drink it on New Year’s Eve? We’ll explore all that and more.
