Starter

Butter-fried langoustine with maple syrup, Gáhkku, paprika emulsion with langoustine flavor, charred blood orange, pickled red onion and pulled celery

Main Course

Rossini beef fillet with red wine jus, whipped foie gras butter with port wine stewed onion, potato terrine

Dessert

Almond cake with dulce de leche ice cream, caramelized popcorn and Swedish winter apples
