Before your spa visit

• KUST’s spa ritual 120 minutes
• Luxury organic skincare products (facial mask, face cream, hand wrap, hair wrap, and exfoliating glove)
• Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, facial cleanser, body lotion, and foot salt
• Borrowing of towel, bathrobe, and slippers

You will receive clear information upon arrival about the procedure and how to use each product.

Our spa ritual is not included if you have booked a treatment. For guests who have booked treatments longer than 50 minutes, there is an option to access the spa for 395kr (excluding spa ritual/skincare products).

Our spa is cashless, only card payments are accepted.

Swimwear

You wear swimwear inside the spa. If you happen to forget, it is available for purchase at the spa reception.

To book

Book your spa ritual well in advance of arrival to guarantee your spot at our spa. Book online via the booking button or email us at spa@hotellkust.se.

To cancel

Any cancellations or changes to your booking must be made by phone or email; 0911-30 000 or spa@hotellkust.se
Cancellation via email is valid only when you have received a confirmation from us. Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before your treatment time. Failing to cancel will result in a full charge.

Age limit

We have a 15 years age limit. During our family times (see opening hours), children aged 5-14 years can do our 120-minute spa ritual together with an adult. See different times for summer and holidays on opening hours & booking.

Drink water

Remember to drink plenty of water during your spa visit.

Food & drink

In our spa lounge, there is an opportunity to purchase snacks and drinks, as well as various hors d’oeuvres on Friday and Saturday.

Mobile phone

Calm movements and quiet conversations create a relaxing atmosphere at our spa. Therefore, we ask you not to talk on the phone inside the spa. If you want to have your mobile on, set it to silent.

Currently, we only offer spray tan on Saturdays. Read more here.

Before a booked treatment

• Arrive in good time for your treatment so that you have time to unwind and possibly change in peace
• Borrowing of bathrobe, towel, and slippers is included when you have booked a treatment
• If you have chosen to also gain access to the spa from 395kr (excluding spa ritual/skincare products) – don’t forget to pack swimwear
• The therapist will meet you in the lounge shortly before your scheduled treatment
• You can choose to wear underwear or swimwear under the bathrobe

After treatment

• Let your body rest for as long as you received treatment
• Listen to your body and let it have a chance to recover
• Feel free to drink water after treatment
