Finally, bubble tasting again! This time it’s our new sommelier and restaurant manager Sebastian Allinger who will conduct an exclusive tasting with bubbles from all corners of the world.

You will get to taste both Cava, Prosecco, Champagne, and Pét-nat, which is a sparkling natural wine.

What distinguishes the different drinks? Manufacturing methods, grape varieties, and flavors.
