A smaller oyster with a soft, round taste and fine salinity.

Regal Fin de Bretagne
A special oyster with high meat content, elegant sweetness, and a delightful nuttiness.

Our oysters are served with silver onion vinaigrette and tabasco. For the perfect combination, you can also enjoy a glass of champagne for 150 SEK.

The oysters are served in Restaurant Tage, Skybar, and the Lobby, so you can experience them in the way that suits you best. Book a dinner, settle in the Skybar for a glass of champagne, or visit the lobby for a spontaneous taste experience.

When booking a table in Restaurant Tage or Skybar, please indicate how many oysters you wish for, and we will reserve them for you. In the Lobby, oysters are served subject to availability.
