During October/November we invite you to a taste experience beyond the ordinary. With inspiration from the riches of autumn, Rodde and his kitchen brigade present a special menu where Swedish nature is at the center. On the plate, you will encounter two of our most noble ingredients – reindeer and moose – prepared with care and creativity.

To elevate the flavor journey even further, Oscar and Dao, together with the service team, have selected drinks from our wine room that perfectly enhance the dishes and create a complete experience where food and drink go hand in hand.
