Wild on the menu!

In October, we invite you to a taste experience beyond the ordinary. Inspired by the riches of autumn, Rodde and his kitchen brigade present a special menu where Swedish nature takes center stage. On the plate, you’ll find two of our most noble ingredients – reindeer and moose – prepared with care and creativity.

To enhance the flavor journey even further, Oscar and Dao, together with the service team, have selected beverages from our wine cellar that perfectly complement the dishes and create a complete experience where food and drink go hand in hand.

A menu that breathes autumn, game, and pleasure. The menu is available while supplies last, but no later than October 31.

Reindeer Saddle for Two: 1179 SEK
