Autumn Flavors at Tage

 

As the forests change color and darkness returns, we fill the menu with some of Norrbotten’s most appreciated ingredients. During our Wild Weeks, we serve selected game dishes created to be shared and experienced together. Enjoy reindeer and moose, both composed with autumn flavors and the season’s best accompaniments.

 

The wild menu is available from October 1st and is served in limited quantities while supplies last. Make sure to book your table in advance so you don’t miss out on autumn’s taste experience at Tage.

REINDEER SADDLE | 1179 SEK/2 pers
Reindeer saddle on the bone with red wine glaze, mushroom ragout with oyster mushrooms and shiitake, sautéed carrots with chives, Västerbotten cheese cream and served with potato purée

MOOSE TOMAHAWK | 959 SEK/2 pers
Moose tomahawk with beetroot and blueberry cream, leek tart, port wine glaze, juniper emulsion, and fried Jerusalem artichoke.
